भस्त्रिका प्राणायाम क्या है ?


Bhastrika pranayama  bhastrka sabdon se nikala gaya hai.bastabik taur par ea bhastrika pranayama dhankni ki tarah kaam karta hai.jaise dhankni tap ki haawa deta hai baise hi ea bhastrika pranayama kam karta hai.ea pranayama  bhautik aur chote sharir ka garam karta hai.sadharan bhasa me agar bhastrika pranayama ki baat kore ta ea ek pranayama hai jismein balpurbak swash ka liya aur choda jaata hai.jaise lahar dhankni ka ghuma ke garam hawa chadta hai ussi prakar balpurbak swash leke body ka garam ki jaati hai.दूसरी योग ग्रन्थ घेरंडसंहिता में इसको इस प्रकार व्याख्या किया गया है।

भस्त्रैव लौहकाराणां यथा क्रमेण सम्भ्रमेत्।

तथा वायुं च नासाभ्यामुभाभ्यां चालयेच्छनैः।


Is slokh ka saral bhasa ea hai ki jaise lohar dhankni ka ghuma ke phulata hai ussi prakar aap log dono naak se swash under lijiye saath main pet ko bhi phulaiye bayu nikalne ki bakt  pet ka chipka dijiye.

  • भस्त्रिका प्राणायाम की विधि


Ab baat aati hai ki bhastrika pranayama kiya kaise jaaye .hum log yaahan par saral bhasa se samajhyenge ki ea kiya kaise jaaye  iske baad aap log aasani se kar bhi sakte hai.

  1. पेट की चर्बी कम करने के लिए: 

Bhastrika pranayama  hi aisi pranayama hai jisko aap log daily basic par karke aapna pet ko kam karsakte hai Lekin uskeliye aap ko daily karna padega.aur fit ,healthy Jiban with bhastrika pranayama.


  1. वजन घटाने के लिए: 

Bajan ghatane keliye yehi ek bhastrika pranayama hi aisi pranayama hai jisko use karke aapna mota body ko kuchi dino main fit bona sakte hai.lekin is tarah ki result pane keliye aap.logon ko har din ki 15-20 minutes is bhastrika pranayama main dena yoga.

  1. अस्थमा के लिए:
